To state the outstanding amount of the Sukuk Wakalah. 2. To state, pursuant to the terms of the Sukuk Wakalah Programme, the implications of the breach of the said covenant.
3. To state if the Company will trigger a payment default in the event that the breach is not remedied. 4. To state the financial and operational/business impact of the breach on the Company.
5. To provide more details and further elaborate on the following sentence- "Should the Company fail to remedy the breach of above by 22 October 2026, the consent and instructions or direction of the Sukukholders will be sought via an Extraordinary Resolution of Sukukholders." Please furnish Bursa Securities with the Company's reply by today, 16 October 2026.
