Others Development On Notices Of Assessment Received From Inland Revenue Board Of Malaysia Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad Type Announcement Subject OTHERS Description DEVELOPMENT ON NOTICES OF ASSESSMENT RECEIVED FROM INLAND REVENUE BOARD OF MALAYSIA We refer to our announcements dated 1 August 2025, 7 October 2025, 10 November 2025, 3 December 2025 and 24 August 2026 in relation to the Notices of Assessment dated 31 July 2025 ("Notices") issued by the Inland Revenue Board ("IRB") for the years of assessment 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 amounting to RM6,746,412.30, RM10,998,368.64, RM12,671,920.51 and RM13,799,505.79, respectively. During the case management held on 14 October 2026, the Court fixed the next case management on 11 January 2027 for both parties to provide an update on the settlement discussions.
