SPACSphere, Mobilewalla Amend Merger Agreement to Expand Board

SPACSphere Acquisition and Mobilewalla amended their business combination agreement, expanding the post-merger board from five to seven directors. The amendment names two Mobilewalla nominees, including Anindya Datta and Boris M. Gutin.
