BUZZ — Australia's Dexus falls as Jefferies sees earnings risk from potential fund wind — up

(Updates) * Shares of Dexus fall as much as 0.9% to A$5.720 * Jefferies maintains a "hold" rating for Dexus with an unchanged A$5.60 price target amid a review of options for its A$1.1 billion Dexus Healthcare Property Fund after about 90% of investors sought redemptions * Brokerage estimates a wind-up of the fund could reduce its FY27 AFFO view by about 1.4%, with its A$403 million ($281.33 million) forecast already at the bottom end of the outlook and below consensus * Jefferies says the impact would reflect lost fund management fees and co-investment income, partly offset by interest savings from debt repayment * Brokerage notes Dexus is targeting more than A$2 bln of capital releases across FY27-FY28 through third-party capital partnerships and non-core asset sales * Four of 10 analysts rate the stock "buy", five "hold" and one "sell"; their median PT is A$6.21, according to data compiled * YTD, stock down 18.3%, including the session's moves ($1 = 1.4325 Australian dollars) (Reporting by Paridhi Minda in Bengaluru) ((Paridhi.minda@thomsonreuters.com)
