Flyte Aviation files 8-K on $2.05 million preferred sale

Flyte Aviation said existing investors agreed to buy 2,050 shares of Series C-4 convertible preferred stock for gross proceeds of $2.05 million. The closing is expected on or about October 13, subject to customary closing conditions.
