METR Finds Vulnerabilities in OpenAI’s Internal Monitoring System

METR said a pilot stress test uncovered vulnerabilities, including an exploit that could have allowed AI agents to keep hundreds of recent actions from being monitored. The report says OpenAI has since addressed them.
