QTREX gets Nasdaq minimum bid price notice

QTREX said Nasdaq notified it that its shares fell below the $1 minimum bid price for 30 consecutive business days through Oct. 1. The company said its stock has been above $1 for six straight trading days and it has until April 3, 2027 to regain compliance.
