US Extends Deadline for Buyers of Lukoil Foreign Assets to November 21

The US Office of Foreign Assets Control extended the deadline for companies to negotiate to buy Lukoil's foreign assets until November 21. The extension followed Carlyle Group's withdrawal of its bid.
