Shell Canada unit agrees to buy 30% in Bay du Nord

Shell's Canada unit agreed to acquire a 30% non-operated interest in the Bay du Nord project offshore Newfoundland and Labrador from Norway's Equinor OSL:EQNR, according to reports at 1330 GMT on Friday.
