Shell to acquire 30% stake in Equinor Bay du Nord project
Shell will acquire a 30% interest in the Bay du Nord offshore project offshore Newfoundland and Labrador in Canada from Equinor under a signed agreement.
Equinor OSL:EQNR and Shell LSE:SHEL said on Friday they have signed an agreement under which Shell will acquire a 30% interest in the Bay du Nord project offshore Newfoundland and Labrador in Canada.
