BENO Holding completes €28M real estate financings, boosts free liquidity

BENO Holding AG completed five real estate financings totaling about €28M, mainly refinancings, generating roughly €16M in additional free liquidity and €1M earmarked capex funds, with part used to repay a €10M bond.
