Oncopeptides reports BBB penetration in first GBM patients

Oncopeptides said early INSULA WoO study patients showed intra-tumoral drug levels indicating blood-brain-barrier penetration and good tolerability, with one patient receiving five monthly doses without major drug-related toxicity; recruitment continues toward about 10 patients.
