FS KKR Capital files 8-K on dividend, earnings call

FS KKR Capital filed an 8-K saying it will host a third-quarter 2026 results call on Nov. 5. The company also declared a regular cash distribution of $0.44 a share and a special cash distribution of $0.20 a share.
