Berger Montague files Taboola securities class action

Berger Montague says it has filed a class action lawsuit against Taboola.com Ltd. on behalf of investors who bought securities between May 6, 2026 and Aug. 4, 2026. The filing says the deadline to apply for lead plaintiff is Oct. 20, 2026.
