CMB.TECH shareholders approve USD 0.64 distribution

CMB.TECH said shareholders approved a total distribution of USD 0.64 per share, including an intermediary dividend of USD 0.21 per share and USD 0.43 per share from share premium. The company also said all other resolutions proposed by its Supervisory Board were approved.
