Deloitte fined £6m over audit failures for Go-Ahead

The UK accounting watchdog said Deloitte failed to apply sufficient scrutiny and professional scepticism during audits of Go-Ahead’s financial statements for 2016-2020; the fine was £6m after a reduction from £11m for exceptional co-operation.
