Charlton Aria Acquisition enters definitive business combination deal

Charlton Aria Acquisition said it entered a business combination agreement with KQC Quantum, KQC MS Limited, KQC Korea and the sponsor. The company said it plans to apply for an initial Nasdaq listing of Parent Class A common stock issued in the transaction.
