KQC Quantum, Charlton Aria agree to business combination
KQC Quantum and Charlton Aria Acquisition said they entered a definitive business combination agreement that would take KQC public on Nasdaq under the ticker KQC. The transaction values KQC at a pre-money equity value of $80 million and is expected to close in the first half of 2027, subject to approvals and other conditions.
