Sportradar to sell Synergy Sports unit to Teamworks for $170 million

Sportradar agreed to sell Atrium Sports, the coaching and scouting business of Synergy Sports, to Teamworks Innovations for US $170 million cash. The deal is expected to close in Q4 2026.
