Sportradar agrees to sell Atrium Sports for $170 million

Sportradar Group said it has agreed to sell its coaching and scouting business, Atrium Sports, to Teamworks Innovations for $170 million. The company said the divestiture is intended to streamline and sharpen its focus on core betting, gaming and media priorities. Sportradar also said it will retain certain technology assets, capabilities and revenue tied to its core offerings, including automated video production cameras and automated graphics solutions. Sportradar said the proceeds will be used to strengthen its balance sheet and support capital allocation priorities.
