Greenlane Holdings: subsidiaries execute assignments for benefit of creditors

Greenlane Holdings Inc said its subsidiaries executed assignments for the benefit of creditors on Sept. 30, 2026. Philip J. Von Kahle will liquidate substantially all assets and distribute proceeds to creditors. The company will deconsolidate these entities from its financial statements as of Sept. 30, 2026.
