NewGenIvf Group to consolidate shares 1-for-4 on Oct. 12

NewGenIvf will implement a 1-for-4 reverse stock split of its shares, effective 12:01 a.m. ET on Oct. 12, 2026. Class A ordinary shares will trade split-adjusted on Nasdaq at the Oct. 12 open under NIVF.
