Frasers Group buys 8.8% stake in Under Armour

Frasers Group has acquired an 8.8% stake in US sportswear brand Under Armour, according to a regulatory filing. The company holds just under 16.6 million shares, valued at approximately $80.1 million based on Tuesday's closing price.
