SA Competition Commission seeks revocation of Premier/RFG deal approval

South Africa's Competition Commission has filed an application with the Competition Tribunal seeking to revoke its earlier decision to conditionally approve the Premier Group/RFG deal. The commission stated that Premier and RFG failed to disclose the planned closure of one of South Africa's only two fruit-canning facilities during the merger review.
