SFL agrees to sell seven tankers to Trafigura for $275 million

SFL Corporation agreed to sell four LR2 product tankers and three Suezmax tankers to charterer Trafigura. Deliveries are scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026 and the first quarter of 2027, with existing time charters terminating on delivery. Net cash proceeds are estimated at $275 million after profit share and debt repayment, with an aggregate book gain of about $175 million.
