Searchlight, Fitzroy agree to buy Kredinor from SpareBank 1 Gruppen

Searchlight Capital Partners, with Fitzroy Capital, agreed to acquire Kredinor from SpareBank 1 Gruppen and Kredinorstiftelsen. The deal follows a strategic review and terms were not disclosed, with closing expected in January 2027.
