NCC sells Industry unit for SEK 8.2 billion
NCC is selling its Industry business area, covering stone materials and asphalt operations, for an enterprise value of SEK 8.2 billion. Cash settlement is expected to generate about SEK 7 billion in positive cash flow at closing. The deal follows a 2025 strategic review aimed at shifting focus toward lower-capital-intensity contracting operations. Industry generated SEK 12.6 billion of sales in 2025, with operating profit of SEK 879 million. Closing is targeted for the second half of 2027, subject to regulatory clearances.
