Om Power Transmission rises 7.9% on 604.8 mln rupee order

Shares of Om Power Transmission jumped as much as 7.9% to 165.77 rupees after the company said it received a 604.8 million rupee ($6.27 million) order from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of equipment. The stock posted its highest intraday percentage gain since June 5. The company is expected to execute the order over the next 18 months.
