IMI acquires building-automation specialist iSMA Controlli for €63m
IMI has agreed to acquire iSMA Controlli, an Italian building-automation specialist, for €63m. The acquisition will see iSMA Controlli integrated into IMI's climate control division, bringing its automation platform into the group's offerings.
Engineering firm IMI has agreed to acquire iSMA Controlli, an Italian building-automation specialist, in a deal valued at €63m, with the business set to join the group’s climate control division. IMI said the acquisition will bring iSMA Controlli’s open, scalable automation platform into its climate control operations.
