Firefly Aerospace Appoints Rick Ambrose to Board, Thomas Zurbuchen Resigns

Firefly Aerospace has appointed Rick Ambrose to its board and its Audit and Compensation Committees. His appointment is effective October 5, 2026. The company also noted the resignation of Thomas Zurbuchen as director, effective September 30, 2026.
