Banca Sella to shift private banking to Banca Patrimoni Sella, forming EUR 55 billion AUM hub

Banca Sella will transfer its private banking division to Banca Patrimoni Sella & C. to create a single wealth management hub with about EUR 55 billion in assets under management. The transfer is expected to take effect in February 2027, subject to approvals from the Bank of Italy, the ECB and shareholders, with Banca Sella taking about a 17% stake at close.
