Option Care Health to be taken private in $5.8 bln deal with McKesson, CD&R
Option Care Health shares jumped 33% to $31.07 after McKesson and Clayton Dubilier & Rice agreed to buy the company in a deal valued at about $5.8 billion including debt. Shareholders will receive $32.05 per share, a 37.1% premium. McKesson will take a 49% stake.
