Super League backs Metaplanet deal ahead of Oct. 16 vote

Super League Enterprise is set to become a Nasdaq-listed company controlled by Japan’s Metaplanet, subject to closing conditions. On closing, the combined company plans to rename as Superplanet. Metaplanet is expected to contribute 2,100 Bitcoin to seed a corporate Bitcoin treasury, valued at USD 132 million on Aug. 14, 2026.
