Torm PLC announces pricing of secondary offering

Torm PLC announced the pricing of a secondary offering of 6,329,874 Class A common shares by Ocm Njord Holdings S.à R.l., expected to generate US$253.50 million for the selling shareholder. The offering is expected to close on October 7, 2026.
