Onar names Kelly Anderson interim CFO, Howard Palefsky to lead audit committee

Onar named Kelly Anderson interim CFO effective Oct. 1, 2026 to lead Nasdaq uplist preparation. Anderson previously chaired the audit committee since August 2025; she is a former public-company CFO and CPA. She stepped down from the board and as audit committee chair. Director Howard D. Palefsky was appointed audit committee chair; he has served on the board since June 2025.
