First Atlantic Nickel & Cobalt raises CAD 3.49 million via placement

First Atlantic Nickel & Cobalt closed a no-warrant, non-brokered flow-through share placement raising CAD 3.49 million at CAD 0.83 per share. Total gross proceeds raised since September 2026 reached about CAD 13.4 million, strengthening funding for the Pipestone XL nickel-cobalt alloy project.
