Auddia cancels shareholder meeting for merger vote, to reset record date

Auddia Inc. has cancelled its Oct. 7 special shareholder meeting to vote on its proposed merger with Thramann Holdings. The company plans to set a new record date and reschedule the meeting after a shareholder update on its AI infrastructure strategy.
