PepsiCo, Monster Beverage Win Court Reprieve on 'Energy Drink' Label in India

An Indian court has put on hold the food regulator's order that barred PepsiCo and Monster Beverage from using the "energy drink" label on their cans. The reprieve comes after a June 30 order from India's food safety regulator.
