Northern Trust to take over fund administration from UBS

Northern Trust will take over additional UBS-serviced investment funds under an extended mandate as UBS transfers former Credit Suisse traditional and alternatives fund administration operations in Luxembourg and Switzerland to Northern Trust. Closing is expected in 2Q 2027, subject to regulatory approvals. UBS plans to exit the fund administration business.
