Blue Cap AG: Chairman of Management Board to leave, Supervisory Board Chairman to join

Dr Henning von Kottwitz will leave the Management Board of Blue Cap AG at the end of October 8, 2026. Supervisory Board Chairman Dr Christian Diekmann will join the Management Board from October 9, 2026, to oversee strategy and finance.
