MIB said its wholly-owned subsidiary Plutovest Sdn Bhd completed the acquisition of 22 freehold land parcels in Melaka on 6 October 2026, after the balance purchase price was fully paid.
) Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 27 November 2025 and 11 June 2026 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. The Board of Directors of MIB wishes to announce that the Balance Purchase Price in respect of the Proposed Acquisition has been fully paid to the Vendor on 6 October 2026. Pursuant to the above, the Proposed Acquisition was completed on 6 October 2026. This announcement is dated 6 October 2026.
