Moadata delays payment date for third-party rights issue to Oct. 19, 2026

Moadata revised its third-party paid-in capital increase: payment date to Oct. 19, 2026 (from Oct. 6) and listing of new shares to Nov. 6, 2026 (from Oct. 23). Reference price reset to 213 won from 257 won; premium rate 146.31% from 104.50%. Offering price stayed at 527 won for 3,795,066 common shares, implying proceeds of KRW 1.999999782 billion.
