OSK disclosed a change in substantial shareholder voting interest involving Tan Sri Ong Leong Huat @ Wong Joo Hwa. Indirect interest rose by 180,000 ordinary shares via open-market purchases on Oct. 2, 2026. Total stake stands at 1,636,020,932 shares, including 1,554,677,141 shares held indirectly, equal to 50.26%.
