Synergy Grid and Development Phils. clarifies NGCP received DOE's show cause order

Synergy Grid and Development Phils. clarified that NGCP confirmed it received the Department of Energy's show cause order on Aug. 14 regarding the direct negotiation and contracting of ancillary services in the Visayas grid. NGCP submitted its formal response on Aug. 15 and has since been working on finalizing an Ancillary Services Procurement Agreement.
