FNC Entertainment reset the conversion price on its unlisted 3rd convertible bond to KRW 2,849 from KRW 3,561, effective Oct. 6, 2026, due to a share-price decline. Convertible shares tied to the remaining KRW 20 billion principal rise to 7,020,007 from 5,616,400.
