Hotel Shilla cuts planned treasury stock disposal to 1,598,023 shares

Hotel Shilla corrected its treasury stock disposal plan, cutting shares to 1,598,023 from 2,128,569 due to put option exercises. Planned disposal amount reduced to KRW 99.397 billion from KRW 132.397 billion; exchange price kept at KRW 62,200 per share.
