European trading leans risk-off: S&P 500 futures down, Nasdaq weaker

US index futures were mixed in Europe: S&P 500 down and Nasdaq 100 down. Dow futures were up and Russell 2000 up. EUR/USD fell; WTI crude declined.

US index futures: S and P futures is down 0.05 percent, Nasdaq futures is down 0.35 percent, Dow futures is up 0.18 percent and Russell futures is up 0.08 percent.

In currencies, the dollar index is up 0.02 percent, euro dollar is down 0.08 percent, GBP/USD is down 0.04 percent and EUR/GBP is unchanged at 0 percent.

In oil, WTI crude is at 83.08, down 0.54 percent and Brent crude is at 88.23, down 0.33 percent.

UK volume leaders: Lloyds Banking Group up 0.14 percent, Barclays down 0.05 percent, BP up 0.27 percent, HSBC up 0.97 percent and Shell up 0.39 percent. continental European volume leaders: Deutsche Telekom up 0.35 percent, UBS up 0.23 percent, Nestle down 0.06 percent, SAP down 0.6 percent and Novartis up 0.14 percent.
