Latour agrees to buy UK fastener maker Bolt and Nut Manufacturing
Nord-Lock Group will also buy the remaining 25% stake in Energy Bolting in Wolverhampton. Latour expects net debt excluding IFRS 16 to rise to about SEK 12.6 billion, all else equal. Closing is expected in Q4 2026.
