Danish FSA grants exemption from mandatory takeover offer obligation for Coloplast
Coloplast said the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) notified Niels Peter Louis-Hansen that it granted an exemption from the obligation to make a mandatory takeover offer to Coloplast A/S shareholders.
