Tiny Ltd. has completed the acquisition of Oso Cloud's assets for approximately $1.9 million. This move is expected to add about $5.3 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and approximately 80 subscription customers. Pro forma ARR for Tiny Ltd. is projected to reach about $75.4 million.
